Using this site
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access restricted systems, submit false information, impersonate another person or use automated tools in a way that harms the service.
Applications
Submitting an application does not create a partnership, guarantee acceptance or require either side to proceed. We may accept or decline an application at our discretion.
Self-serve and done-for-you services
The website describes two ways to work with CoLaunch. Pricing, ownership, responsibilities and other binding terms for either service will be stated in the separate agreement presented before work begins. Website summaries do not replace that agreement.
Earnings examples
Revenue figures, conversion rates, timelines and other projections shown on this site are illustrations, not promises or guarantees. Actual results depend on the audience, offer, pricing, demand and many other factors.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You give us permission to use them only as reasonably needed to review your application, communicate with you and provide an agreed service.
Our materials
The CoLaunch name, site design, copy, graphics and software are owned by CoLaunch or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or create derivative commercial materials from them without permission.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoLaunch is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this site.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through the application form on our home page.
